The decayed teeth also affect the heart, sometimes the lethal situations happen. You must admit that it is pleasant to deal with a person with beautiful teeth and no bad breath.

It is preferably to care for your teeth from the very birth. Probably you want to ask why the child needs to brush his/her milk teeth as they will fall out anyway and the permanent ones will grow instead of them.

First of all your child need it to develop the habit of brushing the teeth. Believe it is very important. If you miss to train you child to brush teeth from the very childhood it will be difficult to force him/her later. And secondly, do you know that while the milk teeth grow the permanent ones begin to form as well. So, if to take poor care of milk teeth it may influence on the permanent ones.

Ideally the teeth should be brushed after each meal but as we not always have such opportunity, the adults are supposed to brush their teeth twice a day for three minutes in the morning after the breakfast and in the evening after the dinner. And in the intervals between brushings it is enough just to go over with the tooth floss or toothpick. The toothbrush should be changed every three months. The toothbrush does not need to be expensive; you can use the ordinary cheap one as long as it fits your gums. While brushing teeth the gums should not bleed. If the gums bleed it means you need the softer toothbrush and a visit to parodontist.

Try to take the necessary rate of calcium from the food and pay attention to dairy products in this case.

And after all, do not forget to visit the dentists. The regular tooth brushing is good, but remember, your visit to the dentist should also be regular - every six months.
